Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with excellent clinical outcomes.</li><li>Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based interventions.</li><li>Offer different models of service delivery, including face to face sessions</li><li>Adhere to Bupa's case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and the wider therapy team.</li><li>Follow sessional limits based on the client's company benefits.</li><li>Provide signposting or onward referrals as needed.</li><li>Offer ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching.</li><li>Conduct one-off assessments and referral recommendations.</li><li>Deliver group psychoeducation, raise mental health awareness, and promote mental wellbeing through remote presentations, workshops, and training.</li><li>Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa's service policies and procedures.</li><li>Attend regular clinical supervision and team meetings.</li><li>Collaborate with the operational and clinical team to improve client and employee experiences.</li></ul>Qualifications: Essential:<ul><li>BACP / NCPS or UKCP Accreditation</li><li>Minimum of 450 supervised counselling hours.</li><li>3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience.</li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Training in incident support.</li><li>Corporate experience and business understanding.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>General adult mental health specialism experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and electronic medical record systems.</li><li>Ability to evaluate, plan, and prioritise workload within demanding time scales.</li><li>Proven customer service and client liaison experience.</li><li>Excellent clinical knowledge application.</li><li>Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Professional and personal drive.</li><li>Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and self-sufficient.</li><li>Rapid and decisive response capability.</li><li>Excellent team player.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience managing own caseload and working towards individual targets and outcomes.</li><li>Efficient diary management and time boundary maintenance.</li><li>High standards in written and oral communication.</li><li>Diverse and varied clinical experience.</li></ul>Personal Characteristics:<ul><li>Well-developed communication skills.</li><li>Effective time management.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.</li><li>Understanding of the business environment.</li><li>Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team.</li><li>Awareness of KPIs and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective diary utilisation planning within a two-week lead time.</li></ul>Benefits: Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
