You will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive Care Programmes tailored to individual needs. Your responsibilities will include preparing discharge summaries, reports and documentation for CPA meetings, as well as First-tier Tribunal and Hospital Managers' hearings. You will arrange and review clinical tests and investigations, take responsibility for chasing results and act promptly on findings. Supporting physical health care is a vital part of the role, including sharing responsibility for bloods and ECGs with the site phlebotomist, and ensuring ward staff carry out physical observations in line with medical instructions. You will participate in learning activities, supervision and Clinical Governance initiatives, contributing to audits, research and teaching. Delivering staff training relevant to the service user group and supporting service development will also form part of your remit. Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Achieve set targets for resident occupancy, associated self-pay mix and average weekly fee.</li> <li>Promote the care home via strong community relationships and drive enquiries through events, sponsorship, and PR.</li> <li>Effectively communicate accurate information to prospective clients regarding the facilities, care expertise, service, and prices.</li> <li>Understand and monitor the competitor landscape to ensure the homes maintain their competitive advantage and identify gaps in the local market.</li> <li>Identify potential business and marketing opportunities within the local catchment area.</li> <li>Work closely with the Home Manager and Head of Departments</li> <li>Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly required reports are completed accurately and on time.</li> </ul>What We're Looking For:<ul> <li>Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic</li> <li>Works collaboratively with others always sharing ideas and information.</li> <li>Highly organised, ability to keep track and progress multiple priorities at any one time.</li> <li>A customer service mindset</li> </ul>Why Join Care UK?
