<li>Manage a caseload of families with additional and multiple needs, attending court when necessary to provide insights for specific cases.</li><li>Conduct whole family-focused assessments in their home, working to bolster community and familial strengths.</li><li>Ensure the voices of children and young people are included in all assessments and planning processes.</li><li>Deliver parenting workshops and utilise tools like NVR (Non-Violent Resistance Programme) to support family dynamics.</li><li>Collaborate with the adolescent safeguarding service to address young people’s exploitation concerns and support their transition from care.</li><li>Attend meetings locally and nationally to fulfill the role’s requirements.</li></ul>
