In this pivotal role, you will be expected to provide and maintain an efficient service for all of our patients who contact the centre - we receive hundreds of calls daily across our 3 main departments; <ul> <li>Self Pay Bookings</li> <li>NHS Bookings</li> <li>Outpatient Appointments</li></ul> When applying for the role we will consider your application against all 3 departments criteria, those will strong experience in both customer service and sales will be prioritised. However, we do provide full comprehensive training.
