What you will do:

• Undertake occupational therapy assessments within home and community settings

• Complete functional assessments relating to daily living, moving and handling, and risk

• Develop, implement, and review person-centred care and support plans

• Recommend, prescribe, and review equipment, assistive technology, and home adaptations

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and effective care

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy

• HCPC registration

• Commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

• Training in safeguarding, MCA/DoLS, and moving and handling, or willingness to undertake
