We are looking for a Senior Paediatric Audiologist. Responsibilities: <ul><li>A specialised Paediatric Audiologist who will be acting as an autonomous practitioner in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of a diverse caseload. </li><li>To assist the Clinical Lead and Team Lead in the planning, development and delivery of the Paediatric Audiology Service for the paediatric population of Richmond borough.</li><li>To play an integral role in ensuring high quality service delivery and improvements to maintain IQIPS accreditation.</li><li>To provide day to day specialist advice and leadership to the HRCH Paediatric Audiology Service at Teddington Memorial Hospital and Centre House.</li><li>To take an active role in areas of clinical audit; research and clinical governance for the audiology service, which may include designing and completing audits within own fields, participating in data collection for larger projects and contributing to the development of evidence-based protocols.</li></ul>Skills Needed Requirements:<ul><li>A BSc or MSc qualification in Audiology</li><li>Previous clinical experience working in a hospital or private setting</li><li>RCCP or HCPC registration is desirable</li></ul>The ideal person will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with people of all ages.
