Qualifications and Experience

Essential criteria

• Registered Nurse who can administer vaccines under a PGD
• Specialist knowledge, training, and experience in delivering immunisations; a high level of knowledge, training, and experience in delivering vaccinations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of clinical leadership and people management
• Working knowledge of SystmOne and other immunisation recording systems including IMMform
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple locations to support decision making
• Ability to work to an unpredictable work pattern
• Experience of supporting staff members to overcome challenges and develop professionaly

Desirable criteria

• Master's level qualification or SCPHN
• Non-medical prescriber
