Essential criteria
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band. All new appointments (excluding Medical & Dental roles) are subject to a 26 week probation period.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential criteria
- Registered Nurse who can administer vaccines under a PGD
- Specialist knowledge, training, and experience in delivering immunisations; a high level of knowledge, training, and experience in delivering vaccinations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of clinical leadership and people management
- Working knowledge of SystmOne and other immunisation recording systems including IMMform
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple locations to support decision making
- Ability to work to an unpredictable work pattern
- Experience of supporting staff members to overcome challenges and develop professionaly
- Master's level qualification or SCPHN
- Non-medical prescriber
