We are recruiting Surgical First Assistants to join a rapidly expanding private surgical centre in Glasgow. These are full-time, permanent positions within a modern, well-resourced theatre environment.

The Role

• Provide first assistant support across a range of surgical procedures
• Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and theatre teams to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Support efficient theatre flow and maintain high clinical and governance standards

Essential Experience

• Proven Orthopaedic experience (essential)
• Ability to support across additional specialties such as general surgery, gynaecology, laparoscopic, or plastics
• Confident working within a fast-paced theatre setting

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Surgical First Assistant (NMC or HCPC)
• Theatre Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Committed to high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
