What you will do
- Specialist Practice: Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy interventions tailored to children with complex communication needs.
- Assessment & Planning: Use a range of assessment tools to develop personalised support and intervention plans.
- SEMH Support: Apply knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice within therapeutic settings.
- Multidisciplinary Working: Collaborate across teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for service users.
- Family Engagement: Communicate effectively with families, carers, and stakeholders to support therapy goals.
- Clinical Standards: Maintain compliance with RCSLT communication standards and best practice guidelines.
- Documentation: Produce accurate and professional reports to support clinical decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications / Requirements
- HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist.
- Experience working with children, particularly within SEMH or neurodivergent populations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
