What you will do

  • Assessment & Intervention: Provide assessment and tailored intervention for children with complex communication needs.
  • SEMH Support: Apply knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice to support children and families.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with families, carers, and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Clinical Development: Utilise a variety of assessment tools and intervention approaches to enhance outcomes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with HCPC and RCSLT standards, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist.
  • Experience working with children, particularly within SEMH or neurodivergent populations.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
