What you will do
- Assessment & Intervention: Provide assessment and tailored intervention for children with complex communication needs.
- SEMH Support: Apply knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice to support children and families.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with families, carers, and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Clinical Development: Utilise a variety of assessment tools and intervention approaches to enhance outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with HCPC and RCSLT standards, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Qualifications / Requirements
- HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist.
- Experience working with children, particularly within SEMH or neurodivergent populations.
- Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
