What you will do:

  • Participate in the backlog project, focusing on moving and handling, adaptations, and equipment management.

  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for adaptations and equipment needs.

  • Work closely with clients to improve their independence and quality of life.

  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure client needs are met effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of the care and support provided.
