Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and support individuals with physical, cognitive, and learning disabilities

  • Deliver tailored, evidence-based intervention programmes promoting independence

  • Conduct functional and ergonomic assessments to determine service eligibility and needs

  • Recommend and coordinate appropriate equipment and adaptations

  • Work closely with clients, carers, and colleagues to ensure person-centred outcomes

  • Offer specialist clinical guidance to staff, services, and carers

  • Participate in project work to support continuous service improvement

Requirements

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

  • Minimum of two years' relevant post-qualification experience

  • Experience in community, social care, or equipment provision desirable

  • Driving licence preferred due to community-based responsibilities
