Respiratory Physiologist Requirements
  • NHS experience is essential
  • Fully compliant file
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • ARTP Part 1 and 2
  • BSE in clinical Physiology or Equivalent
The Role

Due to the nature of the job, you must have really strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and patients.

The Requirements are listed below:
  • HIVE knowledge would be desirable.
  • Experience working within a hospital based sleep service.
  • Experience with setting up, downloading, scoring and reporting respiratory sleep studies.
  • Experience with setting up, monitoring and troubleshooting associated with CPAP treatment.
  • Registered with RCCP, AHCS or BRPT (or eligible for registration).
  • Experience in teaching Sleep Physiology to University undergraduates and nursing students.
