Site Learning/Quality & Compliance Administrator
Department: Site Support Roles
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Priory Hospital Ticehurst
Compensation: £24,701 / year
Description
Priory Hospital Ticehurst House is looking to recruit a Quality & Compliance Administrator to join the team. This is a full time 37.5 hours role.
Set within 48 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens in a small village in East Sussex, Priory Ticehurst House is an idyllic location which allows us to provide a highly therapeutic environment, making us the perfect place for people staying with us to begin their recovery. We work collaboratively with the discharge teams to ensure a smooth transition back into existing community services, or to an individual's home, where possible.
Priory's acute services aim to allow more people to be treated closer to home and we support the NHS to repatriate out-of-area patients back to local areas.
What you'll be doing
You'll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn't involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
You will also be responsible for co-ordinating and monitoring the implementation of strategic learning and development initiatives at a local level in liaison with the central learning and development function, line managers and approved training providers ensuring training is delivered in accordance with company policy and statutory regulations.
What you'll bring to the role
Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, ideally within a healthcare setting, and will have previously worked in a similar role managing diaries and coordinating tight schedules. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills, first-class customer service abilities, and strong organisational and time management skills. Comfortable working within tight deadlines, the ideal candidate will also have experience of audit processes and be able to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Previous Administrator experience is essential. A key part of this role will be good organisational skills with great attention to detail. You will be expected to work in a busy environment with a varied and often demanding workload.
For more information about the role, you can email HollieCrabb@priorygroup.com
What we will give you in return
We want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role. You will be well supported with regular career conversations. We also offer full training and numerous pathways into leadership and qualified clinical positions to help you shape your career with us.
