Description
Priory Hospital Chelmsford is looking to recruit a Senior Therapy Services Administrator to join the team.This is afull time 37.5 hours role.

What you'll be doing
You'll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn't involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with any queries that may arise whilst also signposting the caller in the right direction to respective departments
  • Redirecting and handling mail
  • Ensuring the Reception area is maintained to a clean, tidy and professional standard

What you'll bring to the role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, with strong knowledge of administration tasks and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload effectively. They will possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong time management and organisational abilities, and be comfortable working under pressure. The candidate will also demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with experience handling phone calls professionally, managing customer queries, and confidently signposting or redirecting enquiries where appropriate.
