We are on the hunt for a skilled Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join our vibrant team in Maidstone. You will work 40 hours a week on a permanent contract, spread over four days from Monday to Saturday, with occasional Saturday shifts once a month.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a scrub practitioner for general and orthopaedic surgeries

  • Lead and mentor junior team members and take charge in the absence of the Lead Theatre Practitioner

  • Facilitate communication between departments such as Sterile Services, Wards, and Imaging to ensure seamless patient care

  • Prepare operating and anaesthetic rooms for various procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources

  • Assess patient care requirements, implement care plans, and evaluate their outcomes
