What you will do

  • Clinical Intervention: Deliver individualised Speech & Language Therapy interventions based on comprehensive clinical assessments.
  • Collaborative Practice: Work closely with education and residential teams to develop therapeutic learning and living environments.
  • Training & Development: Provide consultation, workshops, and training to staff to support communication needs across the setting.
  • MDT Working: Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure integrated and effective therapeutic strategies.
  • Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development and enhancing team performance.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including autism.
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills in speech, language, and communication.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
