What you will do:
- Provide specialised assessment and intervention for a diverse caseload of inpatients and outpatients, including those with complex presentations.
- Function as an autonomous practitioner within your scope of practice, delivering a high-quality clinical service that meets the hospital's strategic goals.
- Support the enhancement of the occupational therapy service by ensuring best practices, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and participate in evidence-based projects, and contribute to training sessions as needed.
- Engage in audits and service evaluations to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders, such as consultants, GPs, and patient groups.
- Promote a positive and dynamic image of the occupational therapy service both internally and externally.

Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) degree in Occupational Therapy, diploma, or equivalent.
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration for Occupational Therapy.
- Evidence of post-graduate professional development.
- Demonstrated specialist knowledge gained through relevant post-graduate training.
- Experience working with a variety of patients in both inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy settings.
