Newcombe Lodge (7 beds) and The Lighthouse (5 beds) are dual CQC and OFSTED-registered children's homes for young women aged 13-21, supporting complex mental health needs, risk-taking behaviours, disordered eating, and autism.

What you'll be doing
You will join three compassionate teams dedicated to supporting residents' wellbeing and recovery through personalised, evidence-based care. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in assessment, treatment planning, and discharge preparation.

What you'll bring to the role
Applicants must hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and HCPC registration. Strong assessment, communication, clinical reasoning, organisational, and teamwork skills are essential, along with a compassionate, recovery-focused approach.

A genuine commitment to supporting young people with complex needs, flexibility, a positive attitude, and a full UK driving licence with access to a car are required.

Informal visits are welcome.
