Senior Healthcare assitant role - nightsLocation: WalsallType: Full-Time (36 hours per week - 3 shifts)Pay Rate: £12.80 per hourShift PatternsNights: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (working across a 7-day rota)About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable Senior Care Assistants to join our dedicated care team in a residential care home in Walsall, specialising in dementia and mental health care.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead by example, ensuring the delivery of person-centred, high-quality care throughout each shift.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medication in accordance with policies and proceduresLead and supervise care staff on shift, ensuring smooth handovers and continuity of careSupport and guide junior staff in the delivery of high standards of personal and emotional careCarry out and update individual care plansExperience & Qualifications RequiredMinimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Previous experience working in a residential care home, ideally with dementia and mental health residentsExperience supervising or leading a care teamTrained and competent in medication administrationBenefitsCompetitive hourly rateSupportive team environmentOpportunities for ongoing training and career developmentWorking within a well-established and reputable care serviceApply NowTo apply for position, please attach your CV to
