About the Role

A friendly and progressive GP practice in Chislehurst is seeking a qualified Salaried GP to join their experienced and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for a well-balanced role with manageable workloads, protected admin time, and strong clinical support.

What You Can Expect

• 15-minute appointments
• Protected admin time
• Dedicated support staff and collaborative working environment
• Paid medical indemnity
• 6 sessions per week (4 hours 20 minutes per session)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations
• Diagnose conditions and develop personalised treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage appropriate medications and interventions
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
• Support public health initiatives and community care
• Occasionally provide care in home, nursing home, or ICU settings
• Opportunity to participate in clinical research activities

Requirements

• GMC registered GP with MBBS (or equivalent)
• Experience in general practice or a similar clinical setting
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and organisational skills
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centred care
• Interest in continued professional development
• Experience in elderly care (desirable but not essential)
