What you will do:
- Manage and oversee appeals to the First-tier tribunal ensuring timely responses and compliance.
- Facilitate mediations to resolve disputes where possible.
- Represent the Local Authority (LA) in tribunal hearings.
- Work closely with parents, carers, young people, legal teams, advocates, and educational settings to foster positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate records to support effective decision-making processes.
