The Role
You'll be predominantly home-based, carrying out a mix of remote case management and preplcement screening. Alongside this wil be the occasional need for face-to-face clinics across London.
Your work will include:
- Case management
- Health surveillance
- Pre-placement and fitness-for-work assessments
- Workplace assessments and reporting on health risks
- Supporting employees with physical and mental health concerns
What We're Looking for in an Occupational Health Advisor:
- RGN with current NMC registration
- Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, including case management experience
- Skills in HAVS, Audio or Spirometry are desirable but not essential
- Ability to travel to client sites when required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT Literacy
For your expertise as an Occupational Health Adviser, you will receive:
- £40-45,000 PA depending on experience (Pro Rata with part-time)
