Location: UKHome-based
Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 (Pro Rata)
Hours: Part Time - 4 Days Per Week (09:00 - 17:00)
Contract: Permanent
OH Medical is currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a remote Occupational Health service delivering support across the commercial sector. This is a homebased role providing case management, new starter screening and wellbeing services, with a manageable caseload and a strong focus on quality over quantity.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor who enjoys autonomous working while still being part of a supportive clinical team.

The Remote OHA Role:
- Undertaking management referrals (maximum 5 cases per day)
- Conducting new starter clearances
- Delivering wellbeing services and health promotion support
- Producing clear, evidence-based occupational health reports
- Managing your own workload and working independently in a remote setting
- Supporting business development activities and maintaining client relationships
- Working to clinical standards, KPIs and service delivery targets
About You as an Occupational Health Advisor:
- Registered General Nurse with a recognised Occupational Health qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Degree)
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification Occupational Health experience, ideally within the commercial sector
- Experience in undertaking case management and new starter screening
- Comfortable working autonomously in a home-based role
- Good IT skills and experience using occupational health systems (Cority experience would be beneficial)
