What You Will Do

  • Carry out comprehensive, person-centred assessments of functional vision, mobility, daily living skills, communication needs, and environmental safety.

  • Identify risks, rehabilitation goals, and required support under the Care Act.

  • Develop tailored rehabilitation plans focusing on mobility, orientation, independent living skills, assistive technology, communication, and environmental adaptation.

Salary range

  • £35 - £38 per hour
