This role is to work across two wards a 12 bed R&R ward and 18 bed Acute Ward
Priory Hospital Newbury, located in Berkshire, is a level 2 rehabilitation service which supports male adults with mental health needs, who are working towards a life back in the community. We also provide an acute service, for local male and female patients who are in crisis and require a short admission for support. It also offers excellent transport links
What you'll be doing
You will join the team on the Rehabilitation and Recovery ward and the Acute Ward. In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.

What you'll be doing
You will join the team on the Rehabilitation and Recovery ward and the Acute Ward. In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
You will also:
- Assess and respond to client referrals, creating effective, person-centred therapy plans.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.
- Manage a caseload, maintaining regular communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Keep accurate clinical records, reports, and case notes.
- Provide guidance to colleagues and contribute to audits, research, and service improvements.
- Work collaboratively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure high-quality client care.
What you'll bring to the role
Essential
- This role requires a relevant Masters degree as a minimum and a recognised post graduate qualification together with accreditation from the relevant professional institution (BABCP, BCP, BPS or equivalent).
