As a Recruitment Consultant in our Codsall office, you will:
- Review a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses
- Speak with multiple candidates every day, getting to know their experience and assessing suitability
- Make high-volume outbound warm calls to new and previous applicants
- Work towards clear KPIs around interview bookings and supporting the growth of our care services
- Stay adaptable, organised, and productive in a fast-moving environment
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets or KPIs in recruitment, telesales, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Some recruitment experience is beneficial, but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence using IT systems and the Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to manage a busy workload and adapt to shifting priorities
- Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- You're proactive, driven, and genuinely passionate about people
- You enjoy building relationships and delivering a great candidate experience
- You're confident making structured, engaging calls and booking interviews
- You're eager to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive team
