What you will do:

• Lead the implementation and management of the Quality Assurance Framework across Children’s Services.
• Provide professional oversight and leadership for audit programmes.
• Supervise staff engaged in QA activities, ensuring adherence to high practice standards.
• Use audit findings to drive measurable improvements and consistency in service delivery.
• Embed learning and best practice across the directorate to promote continuous improvement.
