A thriving surgery Situated in Chesham are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis, 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days, as their PM looks to retire. The successful candidate will be joining a lovely team to help look after their roughly 14,000 patients! You will have experience with Operational Manager duties, including Finance, Payroll, Recruitment, Contracts & HR, CQC and more! The practice utilise SystmOne so experience with this is beneficial, however not a requirement.

The main focus of the role will be to support the team in all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, premises and health and safety management, optimising efficiency and overall performance, and ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.

The centre are a friendly, dynamic and supportive team of GP Partners, salaried GPs, practice nurses, HCA's, phlebotomist and supported by their experienced administrative and reception teams, who care for their 13500 patients.

The centre has maintained an overall "Good" CQC rating over the years and aim to work towards an Outstanding status - do you want to be part of an Outstanding team?
