Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 DOE
Chase Medical have an exciting vacancy for a Practice Manager to join a highly respected centre in the Leamington Spa area.
The centre has a well-established team and are looking for a forward thinking manager to join them for 5 days per week. They are looking to bring in an experienced Practice Manager on a permanent basis.
37.5hrs Monday to Friday, between the hours of 07:45 and 18:00; some flexibility is essential.

Who are we looking for?
An accountable, team player with 2 years senior management experience in primary care who is able to showcase transparency within the centre.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Business Development: Drive practice growth by increasing patient retention, attracting new patients, and expanding services.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support clinical and administrative teams to maintain a positive workplace.
- Operational Excellence: Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient experience through effective scheduling and resource management.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor performance, and implement cost-effective strategies to maintain profitability.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure regulatory compliance while promoting continuous improvement and patient-centred care.
- Technology Integration: Use healthcare technology to streamline operations, communication, and clinical workflows.
