What you will do:

• Conduct venepuncture and blood drawing with precision and care, maintaining a focus on volunteer comfort.
• Ensure accurate and safe collection of blood samples for testing purposes.
• Organise and manage mobile unit setup at various locations, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and operational.
• Record and maintain detailed records of blood samples, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to volunteers, handling inquiries and offering reassurance throughout the donation process.
