Evolve are delighted to be partnering with a leading online pharmacy that is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, digitally driven pharmacy, delivering safe, high-quality patient care while applying your clinical expertise. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring prescriptions are accurate, medicines are managed safely, and patients receive expert advice and support within an innovative, patient-focused environment.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working around 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, either 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00pm - 5:30pm, offering a consistent weekday schedule.

Lead and develop a high-performing pharmacy team - Inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional patient care, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
Drive clinical excellence and compliance - Take ownership of patient safety by ensuring all pharmacy practices meet GPhC standards, including prescription accuracy, safe medicine handling, and regulatory compliance.
Shape and improve pharmacy operations - Influence the strategic direction of the pharmacy, implementing innovative processes, audits, and risk management practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Be at the forefront of patient safety and governance - Lead on pharmacovigilance, safeguarding, and compliance audits, ensuring the highest standards in medicine storage, distribution, and professional accountability.
