Pacing Physiologist

Mediplacements is currently looking to recruit an experienced Band 7 Pacing Physiologist for an ongoing locum opportunity working within a hospital based in London.

This position is available for an immediate start. The pay rate is £36 - £41 per hour.

The successful candidate will have experience in Pacing Physiology and be able to hit the ground running in this fast-paced hospital environment. They will be responsible for performing a variety of duties including angiography, primary PCI, pacemaker implantation, and pacemaker follow ups.

Job Description:

• To take a lead in pacemaker, ICD and CRT follow up checks, documenting results and accounting for programming changes and making decisions about further diagnostic investigation or intervention as required
• To support PPM, ICD and CRT implantation including selection of appropriate devices and programming appropriately for each patient.
• To navigate remote monitoring platforms and create detailed reports
