What You Will Do

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy assessments within home and community settings.

  • Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals to provide tailored interventions.

  • Identify needs and recommend specialist equipment or home adaptations to promote safety, comfort, and independence.

  • Provide clear guidance and professional advice following detailed assessments.

  • Liaise closely with key partners such as Housing, Community Equipment Services, and other children's services.

What You Need

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Salary range

  • £41 per hour
