What You Will Do:
• Provide expert occupational therapy advice and support to departments across Caerphilly County Borough Council
• Work collaboratively with health professionals on occupational therapy and housing-related matters for disabled individuals
• Support private and public sector housing services and social landlords to maximise the use of accessible and adapted housing stock
• Deliver specialist input for housing adaptations tailored to individual needs
• Oversee and contribute to improvement works delivered under the Post Asset Management scheme
• Work in partnership with relevant agencies and third-sector organisations to achieve the best outcomes
