What you will do:
- Develop and implement therapeutic programs tailored to the needs of children and young people with Autism and other related challenges.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create supportive and effective learning environments.
- Conduct assessments to identify the individual needs of students and monitor their progress over time.
- Provide training and guidance to educational staff and families on best practices in occupational therapy for Autism.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation, ensuring all therapy interventions and outcomes are recorded.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally with the NHS.
- Registration with the HCPC is essential.
- Experience of working in a SEN school is required to effectively support students and staff.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
