What you will do
- Therapeutic Delivery: Provide occupational therapy interventions for children and young people aged 5-19 with SEN.
- Assessment & Planning: Conduct detailed assessments and develop tailored therapy programmes to meet individual needs.
- Autism Support: Deliver specialised interventions for children with autism, promoting functional independence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise therapy outcomes.
- Family & Staff Engagement: Liaise with staff and families to ensure consistent and effective support across settings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to track progress and inform care plans.
Qualifications / Requirements
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience working with children, particularly those with SEN and autism.
- Strong communication, assessment, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
