What You Will Do

  • Provide specialist occupational therapy input on acute medical and orthopaedic wards.

  • Assess, treat, and rehabilitate patients to promote independence and safe discharge.

  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support effective discharge planning and patient flow.

  • Manage patients with complex needs, including those with cardiac and medical conditions.

  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate treatment and discharge plans.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration is essential.

  • A minimum of 2 years' post-qu
