What You Will Do

As an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Effective communication with clinicians, managers, directors, service users, carers, family members, stakeholders, and agencies

  • Providing leadership and support to junior staff including support staff and assistants

  • Coordinating the delivery of occupational therapy student placements

  • Assisting with appraisals and personal development plans for junior staff

  • Developing and implementing relevant policies, protocols, and care pathways

  • £32,000 per year
