What You Will Do
As an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

Effective communication with clinicians, managers, directors, service users, carers, family members, stakeholders, and agencies

Providing leadership and support to junior staff including support staff and assistants

Coordinating the delivery of occupational therapy student placements
-
Assisting with appraisals and personal development plans for junior staff
-
Developing and implementing relevant policies, protocols, and care pathways
What You Need
To succeed as an Occupational Therapist with us, you should have:
