Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions within a mental health inpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualised, recovery-focused care plans
- Support service users to build independence, life skills and functional ability
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
- Contribute to care planning, risk management and discharge planning
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and governance
- Support service development and quality improvement initiatives
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in mental health settings (inpatient experience desirable)
- Strong communication and therapeutic engagement skills
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach
- Ability to work effectively within a hospital MDT environment
- Salary up to 45,000 (depending on experience)
- Full-time, permanent contract
