What you will do:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual treatment plans tailored for clients with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.
- Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and the best outcomes for service users.
- Engage with family members and carers to provide education and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards.

*To excel in this role, you must have experience working in an inpatient LD and ASD setting. Being a registered HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) professional is essential. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate seamless visits between different service settings and clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
