What You Will Do:

• Deliver services within a well-established Occupational Therapy team
• Conduct strengths-based assessments and develop person-centred care plans
• Manage your own caseload, working closely with service users and carers
• Apply clinical expertise to improve independence and wellbeing outcomes
• Utilise community resources to meet eligible needs
• Travel between locations to visit clients (full UK driving licence required)
