What you will do
- Manage a community Occupational Therapy caseload across a variety of settings including individuals' homes, supported living environments, and care homes.
- Undertake comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments to identify needs and promote independence.
- Assess and recommend appropriate aids, equipment, and adaptations.
- Complete moving and handling assessments to promote safety and wellbeing.
- Undertake assessments and recommendations under the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) framework.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop effective risk management plans.
- Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and participate in Best Interest decision-making processes where required.
- Manage complex casework, providing specialist Occupational Therapy
Salary range
- £35 per hour
