What you will do
• Specialist Assessments: Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children and young people with disabilities, complex health needs, chronic illnesses, and social care needs.
• Intervention Planning: Develop and implement personalised intervention plans designed to maximise independence and participation in daily activities.
• Complex Case Management: Manage complex and highly complex cases, providing specialist advice and recommendations.
• Equipment Recommendations: Assess and recommend specialist equipment, adaptations, and assistive technology to support children in home, school, and community environments.
• Family-Centred Practice: Work closely with children, young people, and their families to ensure their views, wishes, and goals inform all care and support planning.
