Role Responsibilities

  • Carry out detailed assessments and prescribe appropriate moving and handling equipment to meet client needs.

  • Deliver single-handed care interventions and complete reviews aimed at reducing reliance on care packages.

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support Adult Social Care service users.

  • Utilise experience-ideally with Liquid Logic-to enhance case management and service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate, high-quality documentation of all assessments, interactions, and outcomes.

  • Engage sensitively with clients, carers, and families to promote safe and effective moving and handling practices.

Requirements

  • Degree or MSc in Occupational Therapy.

  • HCPC registration.

Salary range

  • £35 per hour
