What You Will Do:

  • Provide a high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy service to adults with physical or functional limitations.

  • Conduct screening assessments and deliver clear, evidence-based recommendations to meet individual needs.

  • Work closely with service users, carers, and families to build resilience and independence.

  • Participate in safeguarding procedures, ensuring all service users receive safe and effective support.

  • Develop and review care and intervention plans, ensuring they align with each individual's desired outcomes.
