What you will do:
- Implement a person-centred approach in alignment with the personalisation agenda and Safeguarding Adults policy.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, showcasing your skills in report writing, presenting, negotiating, and IT use.
- Plan and maximise resource use to benefit clients.
- Negotiate with customers to determine the best ways to meet their needs.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment, working alongside carers, families, and other agencies.
- Manage your workload efficiently, prioritising tasks and adapting to changing demands.
- Implement and monitor quality standards.
- Conduct assessments following the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 and the 1974 Health and Safety at Work Act, providing advice on appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Use resource allocation systems effectively and skilfully.
- Navigate and apply the Council's IT systems to support personalisation.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential.
- Must have a valid driving licence.
