What You Will Do

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including social workers, physiotherapists, and care staff, to deliver holistic care.

• Provide guidance and training to support workers, family carers, and students.

• Maintain accurate records to track interventions and outcomes.

• Participate in service development initiatives to improve care pathways and delivery.

Who We're Looking For

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience in adult or community settings.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for home visits.
