What you will do

  • Health Surveillance: Conduct audiometry, lung function testing, and baseline health checks including blood pressure, height, weight, and urinalysis.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate occupational health records for clinical review.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure medical equipment is clean, calibrated, and fit for use.
  • Health Promotion: Support workplace health initiatives and wellbeing activities.
  • Clinical Support: Gather and record data to support the wider occupational health team.
  • Biometric Monitoring: Provide accurate health data to assist clinicians with patient management.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare roles such as Healthcare Support Worker, Emergency Care Assistant, or Ambulance Technician.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Degree in Sports Science (or similar) with relevant experience is desirable.

Salary range

  • £25,000 - £27,000 per year
