What you will do
- Health Surveillance: Conduct audiometry, lung function testing, and baseline health checks including blood pressure, height, weight, and urinalysis.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate occupational health records for clinical review.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure medical equipment is clean, calibrated, and fit for use.
- Health Promotion: Support workplace health initiatives and wellbeing activities.
- Clinical Support: Gather and record data to support the wider occupational health team.
- Biometric Monitoring: Provide accurate health data to assist clinicians with patient management.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in healthcare roles such as Healthcare Support Worker, Emergency Care Assistant, or Ambulance Technician.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Degree in Sports Science (or similar) with relevant experience is desirable.
