What you will do
- Health Surveillance: Conduct screenings including audiometry, lung function tests, and baseline measurements such as blood pressure, height, weight, and urinalysis.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential occupational health records, ensuring data is shared appropriately with clinical teams.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is clean, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
- Health Promotion: Support workplace health initiatives and promote wellbeing across client sites.
- Team Support: Assist occupational health professionals by gathering and recording data to support clinical decision-making.
- Biometric Data Collection: Provide accurate screening data to support effective patient management.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in health surveillance or related healthcare roles (e.g. Healthcare Support Worker, ECA, Ambulance Technician).
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree in Sports Science (or similar) with practical experience is desirable.
- Full UK manual driving licence is essential
