What you will do

  • Health Surveillance: Conduct screenings including audiometry, lung function tests, and baseline measurements such as blood pressure, height, weight, and urinalysis.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential occupational health records, ensuring data is shared appropriately with clinical teams.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is clean, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
  • Health Promotion: Support workplace health initiatives and promote wellbeing across client sites.
  • Team Support: Assist occupational health professionals by gathering and recording data to support clinical decision-making.
  • Biometric Data Collection: Provide accurate screening data to support effective patient management.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience in health surveillance or related healthcare roles (e.g. Healthcare Support Worker, ECA, Ambulance Technician).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Degree in Sports Science (or similar) with practical experience is desirable.
  • Full UK manual driving licence is essential

Salary range

  • £25,000 - £27,000 per year
